My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable, with stunning grounds, exceptional service, and beautiful pools. The staff made us feel incredibly special and catered to our every need. However, the air conditioning in our room could be improved and there were a few minor issues with poolside service. Overall, it felt like a luxurious escape.
